Call for Proposals

Thank you for your interest in presenting at the 2026 Missouri School Nurse Conference. We invite you to submit a proposal that aligns with NASN's School Nursing Practice Framework (™) and has a statewide appeal to school nursing practice in rural, suburban, and urban settings.

Submitting your proposal is easy! Just complete the online form through the link below by the October 15, 2025, deadline. We're unable to accept any late submissions since the portal will close promptly on that date. We appreciate your understanding. You can expect to hear from us by October 17, 2025. Please refrain from resubmitting your proposal while you wait to hear back. We'll be in touch soon!

Before you begin the application, please have the following required information ready:

• A Financial Relationship Form for each presenter

• A CV or resume for each presenter

• A head shot for each presenter

• Basic presenter information

• A speaker biography

• A presentation description

• Three learning outcomes

• Your targeted audience
